Tour Features and Recommended Points
What are the tour’s special features and recommended points?
Limited to one group /
Enjoy nature with plenty of time for beach entry
Local guide carefully selects the points
Photos and video data included
! Other than that, I will explain in order.
Limited to one group per day / There is plenty of time, with one group in the morning and one in the afternoon, soyou can enjoy at your own pace.
Also, it’s more time-consuming than a regular tour!
Don’t rush or panic, just take it easy
(slowly and slowly)
and enjoy your time just for yourself!
Enjoy nature with a beach entry. You enter the sea from land without getting on a boat, so
you don’t have to worry about getting seasick before you even start swimming.
On the way to the sea,
you can observe tropical flora and fauna and
enjoy the coastal scenery.
Once you enter the ocean, you can enjoy
the changing underwater scenery from shallow to deep waters .
*Although you are less likely to get seasick than on a boat, you may get
“wave sickness” towards the end of the tour . If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring motion sickness medication.
Local guides carefully select the best spots
, and former Coast Guard officer Chirii
will support the tour with safety as his number one priority!
Since I frequent the sea around Sesoko Island all year round,
I am familiar with clownfish and sea turtles.
We have all the maze-like underwater terrain created by nature
memorized, so we can look at the ocean conditions and carefully select
the most enjoyable spots for that day
to take you there!
Get a wealth of digital photos and videos of
your underwater memories.
I took pictures from above, below,
long shots and close ups! lol
I will do my best to create the photos that will please everyone .
We also welcome requests such as “I want you to take a picture of this moment too!” We hope
you will look back on the photos later and think,
“That was a great memory!”
[To sum up, it is recommended for the following people]
“Limited to one group, plenty of time, beach entry, guidance from a local guide, and photo and video data included”
so…
Beginners and people with small children People who want to enjoy the sea at their own pace People who want a thorough lecture from a guide People who want to leave photos and videos People who want to experience the local atmosphere unique to the area
I would especially recommend this to you.
Snorkeling tour from 5,200 yen
Snorkeling is a marine sport in which you observe the ocean from the surface while wearing
a mask, snorkel, fins, and
a life jacket (or a wetsuit in winter) .
We aim to provide thorough explanations
so that even those who are worried and think, “I can’t swim, will it be okay?” can participate with peace of mind.
We also always bring a float so you can hold on to it and practice
until you get used to it .
If you can just put your face on the water and float,
you’re doing some proper snorkeling.
A different world that only those who have seen it know.

Skin diving tour from 7,200 yen
Skin diving is a marine sport where you dive underwater using only your breath (holding your breath).
This is for people who want to swim more freely underwater than snorkeling.
Since you dive not only on the surface but also from shallow to deep waters, you feel a sense of oneness with nature as if you are part of nature in the quiet ocean.
Since you dive using only your lungs, you can feel a sense of challenge and growth as you gradually increase your depth and time spent there.
The best part of skin diving is being able to experience this feeling of accomplishment that only free diving can provide!
Even if you are a beginner to skin diving, we will give you a thorough lesson on “diving form (jackknife)” and “ear clearing”.
One deep breath will take you to a world you never knew existed.
Let’s adventure into the ocean together!

[Major points other than Sesoko Island]
・Sakimoto Green Space (commonly known as Gorilla Chop)
・Around Sakimoto Beach

Beach entry
All Chiri tours have beach entry.
Some people think that going by boat will take you to beautiful spots, but
in fact, if you choose the right spot by beach entry, you can
swim in spots that are just as beautiful as those from a boat !
We start from shallow waters where you can stand, which boats cannot reach,
and gradually move to deeper points, so
you can enjoy the various scenery at each point!
In particular, we have carefully selected spots on Sesoko Island
that only locals know , so we hope you enjoy
the local feel of the journey down to the beach . ( Please note that we may not be able to go to the spots on Sesoko Island depending on the weather .)
Also, since you don’t have to go on a boat , you won’t
get seasick before you even start swimming .
However, people who are prone to motion sickness may experience “wave sickness” (getting motion sickness from being rocked by waves)
towards the end of the tour .
Therefore, if you are worried
about the safety of your pet, we ask that
you prepare motion sickness medication in advance, at your own expense.
If you do get seasick, please let us know
and we’ll help you get back to a place where you can stand .

The Charm of Sesoko Island
Sesoko Island is a small remote island that can be reached by bridge from Motobu Town on the main island of Okinawa.
Until the Sesoko Ohashi Bridge was opened in 1985,
boats were the only means of transportation
on the island, and when we asked older locals, some of them said,
“If the bridge hadn’t been built, we wouldn’t be living on the island!” The bridge has become an important bridge between the island and the main island of Okinawa for the islanders.
The circumference of the island is about 8km.
It takes about 10 minutes to go around by car.
It takes about an hour for Chi-ri to run around the island.
The population is around 950 people.
It seems to be gradually increasing recently!
Emperor Sesoko
In addition to the crystal clear sea,
the island is also home to the “Sesoko Doteikun”, a shrine where the local god is enshrined and
designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan. Traditional scenery
such as old tiled roof houses and rows of camphor trees
still remain, making it a relaxing island rich in nature that is
enjoyable even just for a stroll .
The sunset from Sesoko Beach is called
“Sesoko Orange” and is so beautiful that it has been featured in a local TV commercial, so if you have the chance, be sure to go and see it!
self-introduction
I was born and raised in Okinawa,
so I am a typical Uchinanchu (Okinawan)!
I have dark skin, and a lot of hair, I don’t look Japanese(lol).
I’m a little shy, but I’m a friendly person once you start talking, so
please feel free to talk to me!
Where does the name “Chiri” come from? It comes from a nickname a friend gave
her during her school days
because “her arm and leg hair is frizzy.”
When I learned the meaning as an adult,
I was a bit… well, quite shocked, but
now
I’m so attached to it that I even named my shop after it (lol).
Former Coast Guard officer! Leave the safety of the seas to us!
After working for the Japan Coast Guard for 11 years,
he turned 30 and then changed jobs to become a sea guide.
We will guide you to local points with safety as our number one priority
, so beginners and those with children
can join us with peace of mind.
I have a special attachment not only to the sea but also to Okinawa itself, so I would be happy to talk about a variety of things, including
the sugarcane fields and rare creatures we saw on the way to the sea, Okinawan private homes, large graves, and Okinawa’s nature and culture!
“What is this?”
“This is only found in Okinawa!”
From these questions, we often learn that
things we thought were normal are actually
only normal in Okinawa , so if you’d like, please let us know about the normal things in your hometown while we chat !
I’m looking forward to having a great time together ! (^ ^)ゞ
