Welcome to Chi-ri’s home, Paga-ya!
Paga-ya, located on Sesoko Island in Okinawa, is my home and shop, a laid-back, homey place made from a traditional Okinawan house.
It’s a great place to relax before or after a day out at the beach.
To make it easier to find, it appears as “Chi-ri” on Google Maps.

Once you cross the Sesoko Bridge and enter the island, go straight through the island’s only traffic light.After a short distance, you will see an old house with a white tiled roof on your right, so that is the building.

Exterior
The shop where we met is an old house with the name “Pagaya” (the name of the house or land).
It’s a little confusing, but “Pagaya” is the name of the house and “Chiri” is my nickname.
Even now, if you say “Pagaya” to locals, they will immediately know, “Ah, that’s the house!”
But no one will know if you say “Chiri”, so Pagaya wins by a landslide in terms of name recognition.
The house is a little rundown (or, to put it in a good way, it has character! lol) and requires a little work to repair, but we’re attached to it even with all that.
Parking available (for 1 car)
The parking lot is a little confusing, so please call us when you arrive at the shop.(070-3976-9232)
You cannot park in the “for sale” area right in front of the shop.
You will need to park your car behind the white car in the shop.
If you get close and are unsure if you’re in the right place, don’t hesitate to call us!
I’ll go outside and wave and call out to you to help you out.
Reception location
When you arrive at the shop, you will first check in on the wooden deck.
In the past, shoes were not allowed, but now it’s OK to wear shoes!
After checking in, you can change clothes at the shop, but if you put on your swimsuit beforehand,
you can start the tour smoothly.
Restrooms and hot showers are also available!
There are two showers.
Also, since my wife is a hairdresser,
one shower head doesn’t suit an old house,
so we have a “RaFa” shower head.
The microbubbles are good for your skin and hair,
and are especially popular with women.
(I recommend the mist mode.I feel like the moisture penetrates even my dark, scorched skin.)
The shampoo and hair mask are salon-quality.
My hair is smooth after swimming♪
We’ve also carefully selected fluffy towels from Amazon!
When you use them, compare them to the towels you have at home!
